One of the main objectives of the POCACITO project is to produce a mechanism to assess and monitor the post-carbon city transition process. The Post-Carbon City Index (PCI) will be that tool. This document includes three main sub-chapters to introduce the core aspects of the selection and construction process of the Post-Carbon City Index.
