Local actions are key to European energy security [1]

Climate Alliance, CEMR, Energy Cities, EUROCITIES, FEDARENE and ICLEI, 6 european networks of local and regional authorities, have written a joint declaration asking for the recognition of the local initiative as an instrument to improve energy security in Europe.
