USER Project: What does really mean "public space"? [1]
Public space can be seen as more than just the physical space owned by the state based on property regulations. It is the space owned by all, and which, from a socio-cultural point of view, is the community expression of the contact and communion among
individuals.
USER Project, leaded by the Grenoble-Alpes Metropole (France), gathers 8 european local authorities: Copenhagen (DK), Krakow (PL), Dresden (DE), Lisbon (PT), Lublin (PL) Malaga (ES), Pescara (IT) and Riga (LV).
